Workplace GPS is an absence management consulting firm, founded in 2013, to provide leave, absence and disability management advice and services to employers, their benefit advisors/brokers, group disability carriers, third party administrators and leave of absence software providers.
In today's environment, employers are focused upon health care as a means of attracting and retaining employees and as a way to reduce benefit costs. The costs of absence, leaves, disability and health related lost productivity in the workplace rival the costs of employer provided healthcare. Workplace GPS helps its clients to focus on, and reduce the costs, workplace disruption and lost productivity generated by absence.
